We are happy to provide you with information on how to modify the Paleo Diet to meet any dietary requirements or food allergies you may have. The Paleo Diet can also be adapted for a vegetarian eating plan. You may be surprised to find that the Paleo Diet itself maybe recommended by your own health care professional. Please check with them if you have any concerns.
The Paleo Diet prescribes eating organic foods that are minimally processed as much as possible. The diet basically consists of "meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar." Surprisingly satisfying and nourishing dishes can be created easily at home and/or found at restaurants that follow paleo guidelines. This means cleaner eating for a healthier and fitter you!
We believe strongly based on scientific research and empirical data that consuming processed foods and unhealthy food options (i.e. beef that is not grass fed, dairy, etc.) leads to an unhealthy body, even if it is consumed in "zone diet" portions. For that reason, we stick to the original CrossFit Paleo diet and apply the Zone diet portion control method to the Paleo diet.
