Monthly Memberships

  • All memberships have a one time $42.95 enrollment fee
  • Memberships automatically bill on the anniversary date of your purchase each month. 
  • The system allows you to book up until your next automatic payment gets made.  If you would like to book out further in advance, we suggest you purchase one of our prepaid memberships specials.
  • All memberships include a weekly paleo meal plan
  • All memberships include access to open gym times.  Open Gym is subject to change at any moment, so please check the schedule before you come.
  • Free bodyfat testing and measurements are included each month with a scheduled appointment.
  • All memberships require 30 days notice to cancel
  • Only credit cards are accepted for memberships.
  • Discounts are available for certain groups; discounts can not be combined; discount level must be verified and applied to your account prior to purchase.  No refunds are given for discounts presented after initial purchase.  Please check to see if you qualify for a discount prior to purchase.
