The CrossFit Onboarding sessions are private, 1:1 45 minute session with one of our certified CrossFit trainers. The sessions will cover the proper mechanics of the squat, deadlift, push press, push jerk; use of the rings, GHD machine, pull-up bands, ab mats, rope climb, box jump, olympic lifting fundamentals and more. All of these items are basics that everyone who is currently attending one of our CrossFit classes already knows. You are not required to take an Onboarding session, but it is strongly encouraged. If you attend a class and find that you might really need those onboarding sessions, no worries- you can purchase the sessions at any time.
