About Personal Training at Avalon
Personal Training can be a great option to help start off any fitness regimen and can be especially helpful if you are having a hard time figuring out what to do to get back in shape (or in better shape) quickly and safely.   All of our personal training packages include design of a customized program by our Program Design Team,  for you to do in your sessions with your trainer and a new Paleo Meal Plan and Shopping Lists each week you are working with a trainer.    

We do not require any long term contracts, but do ask that you plan out with your trainer and commit to the frequency of your sessions for the duration of the program so that your goals can be met.  Unlike other personal training gyms and studios, at Avalon we have a team of Program Designers that will plan out the program your trainer teaches you so that your results can be measured and goals met.  If you have a particular goal in mind, such as getting in shape for a wedding or an upcoming marathon, or loosing a specific amount of weight, we suggest submitting the form to the right prior to purchasing so we can help you to determine which package best fits your needs.    The best results are achieved through consistent execution of the program your coach develops.

We also have PT Memberships which many members find to be the most economical and convenient solution to their fitness needs.   

Once you purchase a package below, if you have not already filled out the form to the right, please contact cori@avalonpersonaltraining.com and our Program Design team will call to discuss your goals, needs, and current physical fitness level.  We'll get to work on your program and set up your first session, where the trainer will work with you to complete your assessment through a series of baseline tests and basic functional movement teachings, including gymnastic elements.  These tests are a workout in and of themselves, so please come prepared to workout.   Our trainer and program design team will then work together to design the rest of your program for the duration of your package.

Personal Training Single Session $95.00*
*Package Expires in 1 month. This initial session, (unless you are a current client looking to work on a specific lift technique, exercise, or issue)  is primarily assessment and technique education.  Although you will get a workout, we suggest investing in at least a three session or six session package to determine if personal training is for you.  We have 1:1 onboarding packages if you are looking to prepare to enter a CrossFit class. 


Personal Training 3 Session Package $272.55*
*Package Expires in 6 Months; this is a great way to find out if personal training is a good fit or to start of a fitness regimen.  Education on any modifications you may benefit from as well as basic technique is covered.

Personal Training 6 Session Package $540.00*
*Package expires in 1 year; this is a great way to find out if personal training is a good fit or to jump start a fitness regimen.  We suggest using this package for a one to two month program, depending on your goals and activity level.

Personal Training 10 Pack- $850*
*Package expires in 1 year and we suggest using this package for a one to three month program depending on your goals and what other physical activity your are doing.

Personal Training 15 Pack- $1,224*
*Package expires in 1 year and we suggest using this package for a one to four month program depending on your goals and what other physical activity you are doing.

Personal Training 50 Session Pack- $3,250.00*
*Package expires in 1 year and we suggest using this package for a four to eight month program depending on your goals and what other physical activity you are doing.

Pricing for personal training includes the cost of program design for the duration of the program, so we do not offer refunds and we highly recommend planning out the frequency of your training, including whatever you may be doing on your own with your coach at the start to make sure you meet your goals.  If you aren't sure personal training at Avalon is for you, we suggest starting out with a smaller package.
