We do not give refunds on memberships, class packs, or personal training packages, so please make sure you have either started with a trial membership, onboarding package or a small personal training package if you are not sure Avalon CrossFit is for you.

Our pre-paid, unlimited 1 year membership provides the most scheduling flexibility as there is no penalty for late cancels or no shows, you can book out as far in advance as your pre-paid membership covers, and you still have all the rest of the benefits of the monthly unlimited memberships (1 guest pass per month, weekly paleo meal plan, and monthly bodyfat testing). There are no refunds, however, so you should be sure that you are going to be located conveniently to our gym and will attend for the next 12 months. If you do not need or want this level of flexibility and advanced booking or aren't sure of your future locations, please use the questions below to guide you to the appropriate membership:
- Is your schedule predictable from day to day, and you know you will make five or more classes each week and you are usually in-town for work? Are you planning on attending for the next 12 months? If you answered yes to the questions above, the best membership for you is either the 1 year prepaid unlimited class pass (above) or the Monthly Unlimited Membership.
- Is your schedule predictable from day to day, you have a set idea of how many classes you want to take each week, and you usually are in-town for your work? If you answered yes, the best membership for you is the 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week membership.
- Is your schedule unpredictable from day to day, do you travel a lot, and are you unsure of how many classes you can take each week? If you answered yes, the best solution for you is one of our class packs.
- Do you currently have another gym membership that you are trying to use up before committing to a membership here at Avalon? If so, the best solution for you is one of our class pack options.
- Do you want to come more than 4 times a week, but do not like the idea of the system auto-billing you each month as you do not know if you are going to stick with CrossFit long-term? If so, the best solution for you is the 1 Month Unlimited Class Pass- No membership.
