We offer a variety of specialty classes, clinics, and personal training sessions at Avalon so you can get a chance to apply your CrossFit training to a sport or other aspect of fitness.  Your class passes and monthly memberships can be used for CrossFit or any other regularly scheduled class:
Kettlebells
Kettlebells, Abs, and More Classes are great total body conditioning classes that make use of tabata intervals, traditional circuit training, and CrossFit specific kettlebell workouts to provide a solid 45 minutes of strength and cardiovascular conditioning.  Please allow 55 minutes for the class to accomodate warm-up and cool-down periods.  We consider this a medium intensity class, so it is perfect for all levels.  You can make the class easier by using a lighter kettlebell and/or doing less rounds of each circuit or tabata interval.  Click on the link above to see the rest of week's schedule.  Use the arrows on the schedule page to view future weeks.

Boxing
We offer all-levels boxing classes.  We encourage you to bring wraps or purchase them from us if you decide to continue with boxing here at Avalon.  We have gloves you can use during class.

 

Yoga
We currently offering yoga on Sundays.
