Gabe joined us in October through our Fall Get Fit and Healthy Contest.  He attends Avalon's CrossFit classes 4-5 times a week.  Before he came to Avalon CrossFit, he was a regular gym goer and hockey player, getting in 4-5 workouts a week, doing a traditional gym routine.  He didn't need to loose a lot of weight (he was at 192lbs), but he wanted to change his body composition so that he had more muscle and less abdominal fat (he is now at 186 lbs).   He wanted to get better results for the time he was spending at the gym as he is a busy Dad and husband, with young kids in sports and various other school activities as well as a demanding job.  He went through Avalon's onboarding program and jumped right into class.  We begged and pleaded with him to take a before picture (which he did) and at the end of our contest, we took the after picture below.  He has finally let us put up his pictures :-). Here are his results in just 89 days (less than 3 months) from switching from a standard gym routine to Avalon CrossFit:
