Never done CrossFit? These shorter, high intensity workouts are designed to hit all 10 domains of fitness to help you reach a new level of health and athletic ability. If you have heard all the rumors and seen the workouts on ESPN, this is your chance to check it out. These community classes are scaled back a bit and are only 45 minutes, so they are appropriate for all levels!

CrossFit Skills Workshop
Sunday March 25th 10-11am
This skill workshop is for anyone who needs help or instruction on the proper progressions for the 3 foundational lifts found in CrossFit WODs (workouts of the day). They are the squat (front squat, back squat, overhead squat) and press (shoulder press, push press) series as well as the dead lift. Students do not need any prior experience to attend and this workshop is for both beginner and intermediate-level participants
